About
I am a Clinical Psychologist, which means I am trained to Doctorate level to support people with a range of different difficulties using a variety of different evidence-based models of therapy. My process is always to understand a person's difficulties and how they have come to find themselves in their current position, before tailoring the therapeutic support I offer fully to their personal needs and aims.

My aim is to work collaboratively with people to support positive change within a relationship which is non-judgmental, safe, and contained.
I have worked within psychological services with a range of different client groups since 2008. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and children across NHS and Local Authority settings as well as within private practice, and I am registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I am also available to offer Expert Witness assessments and reports for the Family Court or pre-proceedings, Clinical Supervision, and Reflective Consultation for professionals working in helping professions.
